We offer free size exchanges within 14 days. Simply measure your wrist or neck with a flexible tape and choose the matching size in the configurator — we also show a guide. If it still doesn't fit, contact us and we'll resize it for free.
Yes! You have 14 days after delivery to return or exchange your piece — no questions asked. Custom designs can be exchanged for a different size or restyled. Just send us a message and we'll sort it out.
We handcraft each piece after you order, so please allow 3–5 business days for production. Shipping within Switzerland takes 1–2 days, EU delivery 3–5 days. You'll receive a tracking link once it ships. Orders over CHF 20 ship free!
Our beads are sourced from trusted European suppliers — Murano glass from Italy, Swarovski crystals from Austria, and natural gemstones. Threads are double-reinforced nylon, and clasps are nickel-free stainless steel. Everything is hypoallergenic.

Absolutely! Every order arrives in a beautiful gift-ready pouch. You can add a personal touch by designing the piece yourself in the configurator. We don't include any price information in the package.
